Taivarua Condominium

The design seeks to create a community development with green areas, equipment and recreational areas that allow transforming the typical model of condominium in a community, inspired by the work of Castillo-Velasco in the municipality of La Reina. The approach is that it is possible to generate it in the extent of build from the start meeting areas, where neighbors can meet and build community life. To this end, alongside the basic requirements-electricity, paving, water-, a central first park adjacent to the street was designed, a second green area towards the beach where a barbecue and fire pit are located by the sea. At the top of the condominium there is a lookout tower, which is accessed by a suspension bridge, from where you can see the beach of Punta de Lobos. And a house for the caretaker and integrates access goal.
