Palacios House

This project is based on one hand to seek maximum use of lighting and solar heat gain and create outdoor spaces protected from the wind. In this way the house is located perpendicular to the wind direction to generate a haven to the north side. Integrates at the same time a barbecue terrace within the volume, connected to the kitchen and the dining room through a window. On the second floor another north terrace which is accessed from the main room is located. It especially sought to protect the privacy of the home inside the condominium, generating controlled windows, framed views unlike large glazed panels.
